Anne Schubert

Anne is responsible for talent and human capital operations, where she is shaping Evozyne’s talent acquisition, professional development, resource planning, and human resources infrastructure to enable exceptional performance, innovation, and efficient growth. Anne has 15+ years of human capital management experience across industries, in early-stage and established companies. Prior to Evozyne, she worked at McKinsey & Company in recruiting and professional development roles, and most recently led the McKinsey Talent Network. Anne holds a BS in psychology from Vanderbilt University and a MA in counseling psychology from Northwestern University.
